Negative: L'arrivée à 17h est tard, surtout quand nous avons qq chose à cette heure et que nous devons nous préparer avant. Dommage car ailleurs c'est toujours 16h maximum. C'est le seul négatif que nous avons rencontré!!

I enjoyed my stay. Positive: The apartment is in a prime location in the heart of the Old Town, right near the pedestrian zone and Château Frontenac. It features a spacious underground garage and is located on the sixth floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. Even though it sits at a busy intersection, the apartment is perfectly quiet. The reception staff is very polite and helpful. Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: Très bel appartement, propre et proche de la vieille ville. Équipement fourni complet, afin de pouvoir cuisiner. Bon accueil, avec le personnel de la réception. Rien à redire, que du positif !!!! Je le recommande ! Negative: Rien à dire !

Beautiful view out of the huge window/balcony on the city, very nice state and beautiful. On the other hand, first the keys didn't work (needed reprogramming), then we were given the wrong WiFi password (after back and forth we got the right one - typo in the message of the landlord) and lastly the internet TV (we wanted to watch Netflix) didn't work at all (also wasn't fixed). Also, I had waited almost 30 minutes before I gave up for the receptionist to return ("back in 5 minutes" sign). Overall still good, but some annoying things as well. Stayed here before, location is great for getting to any part of the city by foot or ride! Negative: a little more initial information on amenities such as soap and towels required would be helpful in planning what to bring. What was provided was ok but not enough for a week

Positive: Spacious and clean, jn good location. Convenient to have laundry and full kitchen in apartment. Negative: Showerhead needs repairs.

Marriott right next door would have been a better choice. Positive: The view was beautiful. Location was pretty good, on the edge of the old town. Negative: The manager needed to know my check in and check out time. I felt pressure that I needed to arrive at my slotted tine or I wouldn’t be let in the building. Coming from across the country this was an unwelcome pressure. When I got there the manager went upstairs with me to do an “inspection” and sign off on a later about potential charges, and I was told they would do an inspection with me when I left. I needed to indicate damage so I would not be charged, so I inspected the property thoroughly. They were adamant that smoking was not allowed. I don’t smoke and am sensitive to the smell. It appears they have had problems with smokers, because it smelled like smoke. The white chairs in the sitting room were torn and worn out, as were the black kitchen chairs. The wood floors had scratches. The shower had major mold issues as did the washing machine. The bathroom rug had been used and not washed. It was dirty and the matted down like it had been walked on. I took photos of all, since I had to do an inspection. I noticed there was a tall Marriott building behind this one with the same views. I would recommend staying at the Marriott if you can.

Positive: Tolle Lage nahe der Altstadt, Air Condition und Balkon. Negative: Möbel haben Auffrischung nötig, eher oberflächlich sauber. Bettwäsche für das Schrankbett mussten wir verlangen.

Excellent choice to stay close to the main sites Positive: Fantastic location, walking distance to old town. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Having parking was a massive plus. Great views from the balcony. Washing/drying facilities in the apartment was also a great bonus. Negative: Nothing, we would recommend and stay here again.

Schicke Unterkunft in toller Lage Positive: Die Aussicht vom Balkon, die Lage und die Einrichtung. Negative: Die Ledersessel waren schon was abgenutzt.

Très bonne adresse Positive: L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Québec city, au milieu de la rue saint jean. Possibilité de parking sur place (pas possible de réserver avant et prise des codes de CB ce qui n'est pas sécurisant) avec ascenseur directement a l'appartement. Très bon accueil en physique, de plus en plus rare. Belle vue dégagée depuis l'appartement 631. Équipement ok. Negative: La réservation du parking par empreinte CB manuelle qui n'est pas des plus sécurisé. Espace limité lorsque le lit mural est déployé. Ventilation anti humidité bruyante.

Agreable sejour a Quebec City Positive: La localisation est parfaite; proche du centre historique de la ville. Non loin de l'appartement, il y a un supermarche: ce qui est tres pratique. L'appartement est tres soigné et ne manque absolument de rien. La vue est incroyable depuis ce logement. Negative: De devoir se garer au sous-sol, niveau -6 alors que le parking est vide. Cependant, avoir un parking (meme payant) facilite le sejour.

Positive: L’emplacement était exactement ce qu’on souhaitait. L’appartement était propre et les lits étaient confortables. Le personnel était sympathique.

An excellent place to stay, close to the old city and shops. Positive: Our hosts kindly stayed until our very late arrival (due to flight delays) and were extremely helpful at all times. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped (instructions for the stove/oven would help). There was a small trip hazard with a rug but that was easily remedied. Position was excellent and within easy walking distance of the old city.

Just Perfect! Positive: The condo was simply perfect. It is centrally located, near attractions, amazing restaurants, and grocery shops. The parking space is worth it’s weight in gold in this area of town! The kitchen is well appointed, so you can easily cook some meals here! The appliances, elevators were in great working order. A very special mention to the employees, they were so kind, pleasant and professional. They accommodated my late arrival and provided me with valuable information on the building. Negative: This is very much going to sound like a first world problem… There is a Nespresso machine (YES!), but no coffee pods. The nearest Nespresso shop is in either Les Galleries de la Capitale or Place Ste-Foy, which are not walking distance. Maybe the grocery shops have some knockoff pods?

Great accommodation in great location. Would stay there again. Positive: Great location, walking distance to old town. On the main street, easy to get around, but still very quiet. Large balcony with floor to ceiling window and great city view. Fully equipped kitchen, extra towels in bathroom. Murphy bed in living room. Clean and modern design. Reception desk. Negative: AC too loud during night. Murphy bed wasn't prepared upon arrival, needed to do by myself, which required moving heavy table. Property prepayment charges different than in booking.com contract. Recommend checking with property prior booking to avoid confusion.
